We bring in and break down whole animals weekly. This method affords us the opportunity to utilize every part of the animal and offer the freshest cuts possible. In addition to backyard BBQ favorites, we also provide a variety of unique and custom cuts, house made deli meats and hard to find items. Looking for something a little out of the ordinary? Stop by, or give us a call.
Farms are an integral part of our local community. We are fortunate to live in an area where this dying art is still practiced. Our goal is to bridge the gap between local farms and your table. We source our meat from farmers located within 100 miles of Kittery, Maine, who let their animals roam free, practice sustainable farming, and never use growth hormones or antibiotics.
Our deli meats, smoked bacon, kielbasa and signature sausages are made from scratch, in house, with fresh, all natural ingredients. Stop by Tuesday through Friday for a single, made to order sandwich, featuring one of our many house made deli favorites such as smoked turkey, roast beef, smoked ham, bologna, pastrami and prosciutto cotto.

Our lamb is pasture raised Dorset crosses that are both flavorful and perfectly mild.
From classics like sweet Italian, breakfast and chorizo to our own interpretations of traditional recipes from around the world, we make them all; over 20 varieties and counting. Our sausages are made by hand, in house, with fresh all natural ingredients and no added sugar.
We break down, brine and smoke our sandwich meats in house the old fashioned way, making our smoked turkey, smoked ham, pastrami, prosciutto cotto, roast beef, corned beef, bologna and mortadella unlike any other.
